The Olive Oil World Congress is an event that brings together the world's leading speakers on each subject, generating knowledge about new developments and innovations in each link of the value chain.
It brings together all operators in the sector worldwide, with the aim of joining forces to continue working together.
Bearing in mind that Spain is the world leader in the production, marketing and export of olive oil, the first edition was held in Madrid (June 2024), although the project began in 2023 with the promotional actions of ‘En route to the OOWC’.
After this first edition, the venue will be itinerant, although intercongreso activities will take place all over the world.
We want this global meeting to enhance the value of olive oil and transmit its benefits to society, through the following objectives:
