The OOWC expands its frontiers and lands in Rome

The Olive Oil World Congress (OOWC) is organising a launch ceremony on March 16 at the headquarters of the Royal Academy of Spain in Rome. The action is part of the period "On The Road To OOWC 2024" on the occasion of the internationalisation of the congress.

The event will be attended by Miguel Fernández-Palacios, Spanish Ambassador to Italy and Permanent Representative of Spain to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), World Food Programme (WFP) and International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD).

After the presentation, attendees will be able to enjoy an olive oil tasting to highlight the value of this product and to promote the benefits, curiosities and virtues of one of the main ingredients of the Mediterranean diet.
