Montes de Toledo panel of tasters once again receives IOC recognition

The publication by the IOC, on its website, of the list of recognized panels for the period from December 1, 2023 to November 31, 2024, which includes the sensory analysis laboratory of the PDO Montes de Toledo, once again endorses the prestige of this laboratory, which has been committed since its creation to the utmost rigor in monitoring compliance with its specifications, It is a pioneer in the application of international standards such as UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17025, under which this laboratory is accredited, or UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17065, under whose criteria its certification service was accredited in 2003, when it became the first Spanish Control Board to achieve this.

Thanks once again to the expert tasters who, led by Ana Belén, make up this panel, without whom this would not have been possible, and a special thanks to Mª Teresa, who unexpectedly left us this year.
