Olive Oil World Congress 2026 brings together international leaders from the olive oil sector in Lisbon

The Olive Oil World Congress 2026, which will take place on July 2 and 3, 2026, at the iconic Belém Cultural Center in Lisbon, continues to establish itself as one of the major international meeting points for the olive oil sector. Professionals, companies, institutions, and experts from around the world are already confirming their participation in a congress that will shape the future of olive oil on a global scale.

Registrations remain open through the different available participation options, tailored to professional, scientific, and corporate profiles, offering a unique opportunity to take part in an event that will bring together leading figures, researchers, and benchmark companies in the sector.

The OOWC will host over two days a comprehensive program of conferences, round tables, and high-level networking spaces focused on the major challenges and opportunities of the olive oil industry.

The Congress will feature presentations on markets, health, sustainability, innovation, and new consumer trends, becoming an essential platform for knowledge exchange, the creation of international partnerships, and the development of new business opportunities.

The OOWC already has institutional backing from reference organizations such as the International Olive Council, CIHEAM, and the Mediterranean Diet Foundation, as well as public bodies including the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food of Spain, the Portuguese Ministry of Agriculture and the Sea, the Government of Castilla-La Mancha, the Generalitat de Catalunya, and IMIDRA.

All individuals, companies, or public and private institutions in the olive oil sector interested in participating in the Congress can register via the following link: https://www.oliveoilworldcongress.com/inscription

The Congress is also supported, in its second edition, by private-sector entities including Olivum, AgroBank, the Spanish Olive Oil Interprofessional Organization, GEA Group, APOAC (Associação para a Promoção do Olival e Azeite de Aire e Candeeiros), Adsaica (Associação de Desenvolvimento das Serras de Aire e Candeeiros), Feria de Zaragoza (ENOMAQ), Kubota, Dazeite, and Siliker.
