The Olive Oil World Congress (OOWC) organisers are now accepting scientific posters for the congress, which will be held in Lisbon in 2026.
The congress programme will include the presentation of results and experiences gained from research work and projects carried out within the olive oil sector. These communications constitute an important part of the content that will be presented at the first edition of the congress.
The submission of abstracts for scientific posters, which must be received by 30 April 2026, is an essential preliminary step for the presentation of proposals. Once evaluated, authors will be notified of their acceptance by email before 22 May 2026.
Subsequently, the two most interesting proposals, as judged by the Scientific Committee, will be selected from all the posters submitted, and the authors of the posters will be invited to give an oral presentation during the OOWC.
