The Olive Oil World Congress (OOWC) will present its first edition on February 28 at the International Olive Oil Council (IOC), to be held on June 26, 27 and 28, 2024 in the auditorium of the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC) in Madrid.
The event will begin at 9:00 a.m., with the participation of Jaime Lillo, IOC Executive Director, and Ricardo Migueláñez, OOWC General Coordinator. In addition, diplomatic representatives from producing countries, as well as the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPA), are expected to attend.
The presentation will be held in a hybrid format, allowing attendance both in person and through an online webcast via Zoom. Simultaneous translation will also be provided for international participants, ensuring an accessible experience for all attendees.
